Homeopathy
Bespoke homeopathic consultations with a qualified homeopath of over twenty years' clinical experience — in person in Surrey or online across the UK.
The practice
Homeopathy is a gentle, individualised system of healing that works with the body's own restorative intelligence. Rather than suppressing symptoms, homeopathic remedies support the system in addressing the root cause of imbalance — whether physical, emotional or mental.
Rachel is a qualified homeopath with over two decades of clinical practice. She works with adults, children and complex cases that have not responded to conventional approaches.
What a consultation involves
The first consultation is a thorough case-taking session lasting 90 minutes to two hours. Rachel will ask detailed questions about your health history, current symptoms, emotional landscape, sleep, appetite, key life events and much more. Homeopathy treats the whole person — not a single complaint in isolation.
Based on this, Rachel selects a remedy carefully matched to your individual picture. Follow-up appointments (typically 45 to 60 minutes, scheduled four to six weeks after the first remedy) track progress and adjust the prescription as needed.
Consultations are available in person at Rachel's Surrey practice, or online via video call.

What conditions respond well
Homeopathy can support almost any chronic or acute condition. Clients most commonly come for:
- Anxiety, low mood and stress-related conditions
- Digestive complaints
- Hormonal imbalance and women's health
- Sleep difficulties
- Skin conditions
- Recurrent infections
- Children's health — from colic to sleep to behavioural concerns
- Support alongside conventional medicine (not as a replacement)
Rachel's approach
Rachel trained classically and has continued to refine her practice for over twenty years. She integrates homeopathic understanding with her broader energy healing work — which often means consultations are more spacious, intuitive and client-led than a conventional appointment.
She does not replace conventional medical care. Where necessary, she will refer or work alongside your GP or specialist.
Frequently asked
Is homeopathy safe alongside conventional medication?
Yes. Homeopathic remedies work on an energetic level and do not interact with conventional drugs.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
Yes — in fact homeopathy is particularly well-suited to pregnancy and early childhood, as remedies are gentle and non-toxic.
How long before I notice changes?
Some remedies act quickly; others unfold over weeks. Rachel will give you a realistic sense of what to expect for your specific case.
Is this an alternative to seeing my GP?
No. Homeopathy complements conventional medicine. Continue to follow your GP's advice — Rachel works alongside, not instead of.
Can children be treated?
Yes, and with particularly good results. Many of Rachel's long-term clients first came to her with their children.
